Two things: one about moderators (and the elections thereof) and one about the message board in general.
Moderators: as you may or may not have noticed, I am currently the only moderator of every board. And guess what? I don't want to be. I don't want to have to decide what's worthy of censorship and what isn't. Therefore, in a couple months (after giving the people of this message board a chance to get to know one another), I would like to hold an election for moderators.
You get to outline what your policies would be as moderator, and then all the site's users will determine which policies are most appealing. For example, you may advocate no censorship whatsoever. Or you may advocate censorship of any offensive word. Or you may advocate no censorship unless someone is personally being attacked. Whatever. It's your campaign, run it as you like.
This forum: Just because I've exited the beta testing does not mean that I want this forum to ever become static. Please continue reporting any bugs you may find in the forum. Also, if you want a new feature, tell me about it! This board is here for you. So, please suggest new ideas for things you wish you could do on these boards.
